- Address patient concerns with prompt clinical interventions, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures and workflows to optimize clinical operations.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Clinical Operations and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated practice operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Active state Registered Nurse license without restrictions.
- 1-2 years of experience in in-vitro fertilization (IVF) and management roles.
- A minimum of 3 years in a nursing leadership capacity is preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Employment Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Compensation: $110,000 - $115,000 annually
