Job Summary

The Pharmacy Technician II - Infusion, under the direct supervision of the Production Manager or the Senior Director of Pharmaquip, prepares IV admixture solutions accurately, with the highest quality possible, and in a timely manner for clients. The Pharmacy Technician also participates in any other duties related to the dispensing of medications for which the job may require.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare IV admixture solutions accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in the dispensing of medications
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Technician certification (PTCB)
  • Registration with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy
  • Six (6) months experience in the last three years as a home infusion or hospital technician required

Salary Range: Minimum $15.73 per hour - Maximum $25.95 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
