Job Summary

At Lyons HR, LLC, we are seeking an Account Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities and grow our existing client base.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work independently. You will be responsible for researching potential clients, identifying their needs, and presenting our services in a way that meets those needs. You will also be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. A successful Account Development Specialist will have a proven track record of achieving sales goals and targets.
