  • Deliver therapeutic care, treatment, and rehabilitation for individuals facing substance use challenges and/or mental health issues.
  • Lead and oversee individual and group counseling sessions.
  • Work collaboratively with various organizations to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Assist clients in navigating community resources.
  • Formulate treatment plans, maintain precise records, and conduct assessments based on established criteria.
  • Ensure adherence to treatment protocols through sample collection and documentation.
  • Offer encouragement, support, and necessary guidance to clients.

Qualifications:

Must be licensed or certified as an alcohol and drug counselor by the Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists.

Approved by the Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists, or certified to provide substance abuse treatment.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in addiction counseling is required.
