Job Summary
We have an immediate opening for an on-site Project Manager in a key location. The position will provide overall management and supervision to all personnel assigned to the contract.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, management, oversight, and execution of a wide variety of facilities maintenance and operations support contract requirements.
- Prepare the monthly and weekly sub-tier contractor preventive maintenance, CM, TCs, Repair, FSA, and cFSA work schedule.
- Plan, direct, and organize all facets of contractual responsibilities.
- Develop schedules, formulate work plans, manage, and control resources.
- Serve as the point of contact with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement processes, procedures, and initiatives to effectively and successfully execute contract requirements, monitor progress, enhance performance, and address and resolve performance issues.
- Ensure assigned projects are completed on time, within approved scope, and budget.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, sharing knowledge, demonstrating a business-like concern for their interests, and facilitating program integration.
- Effectively and efficiently manage and lead the contracting organization's resources to meet all specifications and expectations of the contract.
- Ensure contract performance in accordance with the direction and policies of Bizzell Group.
Key Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an access card to the site.
- Minimum of 15 years of related Program Management experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent field required.
- Experience with managing Government contracting requirements included in the FAR, Government Furnished Equipment and Materials, Property Accountability, and Work Control.
