Position: Spa Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff performance in the absence of the Spa Manager.
- Engage with clients, sharing in-depth brand and product knowledge.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback to the Spa Manager.
- Relay guest feedback and comments to the Spa Manager.
- Assist in conducting regular staff meetings to keep the team informed about spa policies, sales strategies, and enhancing client experiences.
- Provide clear guidance and establish effective working relationships to foster high employee morale.
- Ensure a safe and hazard-free environment for all staff and clients, promoting safety awareness at all times.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to cultivate a motivating and positive workplace atmosphere.
- Strong social awareness and situational understanding, particularly in a luxury setting.
- Minimum of 3 years in customer service roles.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team management experience.
- 2+ years in the beauty industry, with a focus on skincare.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
