About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Adjuster to join our team at GB - Global. As a key member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex General Liability and Auto Liability claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate complex claims to determine liability and extent of damages
  • Develop and implement effective claims handling strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process
  • Think critically and solve problems to plan and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
  • Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled
  • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
  • Computer experience with related claims and business software
