About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Adjuster to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex General Liability and Auto Liability claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate claims to determine liability and extent of damages
  • Develop and implement claims handling strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Communicate with claimants, policyholders, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claims handling and resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance claims management skills
Requirements
  • 7-8 years of commercial property claims experience
  • Active Adjusters' licenses in multiple states (FL, TX, NY)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
