About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team at GB - Global. As a key member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will play a critical role in investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex General Liability claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate claims to determine liability and extent of damages
  • Develop and implement effective claims resolution strategies
  • Communicate with claimants, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and fair resolution of claims
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of claims activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claims processing
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in claims adjusting or a related field
  • Active licenses in all states where claims are being handled
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
