Position Summary:

The Grants Project Coordinator will provide essential support to the Grants Manager, assisting with grant agreements, communicating with applicants, evaluating grant status, tracking revenues and expenditures, and corresponding with recipients on various matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with finalizing grant agreements and communicating with applicants
  • Evaluate grant status and track revenues and expenditures
  • Correspond with recipients on eligibility, document assistance, and budget management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in grant processes and project coordination is preferred
  • A valid Oregon Driver's License is required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer Service: Strong communication skills to effectively relay information to grant program participants
  • Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in calculating figures and applying concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • Reasoning Ability: Capable of defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Word Processing software
