About the Role

The Patient Care Associate is an integral part of our clinical care team, responsible for promoting patient-focused care within our Specialty Service. This dedicated professional will work closely with registered nurses to ensure seamless patient care activities, including assisting patients with daily living tasks, collecting specimens, and maintaining a safe environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Assist patients with various needs, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and implementation.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in delivering exceptional patient care. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as PCA/CNA or Medical Assistant, is preferred.
