A leading healthcare organization, Clinical Management Consultants, seeks an experienced ICU Nurse Educator to join their team in New York City.

This prominent acute care facility provides a wide range of medical services and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. As a hub for medical services, this organization fosters community engagement and advances medical knowledge through education and research.

The ICU Nurse Educator will develop and manage professional development plans for the nursing staff, reporting directly to the Critical Care Director. Key responsibilities include participating in staff orientation, overseeing internships/externships, providing career coaching, navigating academic partnerships, and contributing to department committees.

The Critical Care department comprises a 10-bed Medical ICU and a 10-bed Surgical ICU, with a daily census of 20 patients. This role requires a Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New York and a Master's degree in Nursing MSN, although not essential.

  • At least 5 years of progressive clinical experience in critical care settings
