About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Sustainment Lead to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our Global Patriot Program, you will be responsible for planning and executing sustainment strategies for our fielded systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sustainment plans to ensure the continued effectiveness of our systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks to program success
  • Manage and coordinate the deployment of sustainment resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the development and implementation of sustainment strategies
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, sustainment, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs
  • Strong technical expertise in sustainment and program management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
