About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our AWS Health AI team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building new software systems at the cutting edge of Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) and GenAI.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop new software systems for life sciences research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in HCLS and GenAI

Requirements

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Proven track record of delivering successful products in healthcare or life sciences domains

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
