Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Cloud Supply Chain team. As a Technical Program Manager - Network Deployments, you will be responsible for executing strategies to deliver Cloud network infrastructure along with related technologies to support data center capacity demands at scale in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive hyperscale cloud network infrastructure deployment projects required to enable new cloud capacity, leveraging knowledge of formal program and operations management principles.
  • Work with partners to define and control program scope, create, and execute to committed schedules as well as maintain and report out program deliverables across the region.
  • Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes, including assessment of program delivery capabilities, gathering, leveraging performance data/metrics, establishing corresponding targets, and measurement of ongoing progress improvement initiatives.
  • Enable/drive and support workflow orchestration, and integration efforts whilst enabling systemic automation along with effective data management.
  • Coordinate with datacenter operations and engineering teams to improve scalable deployment activity and related performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years network infrastructure experience and proven track record of coordinating hyper scale program/project delivery within large IT/Telecommunications and/or Internet Service Provider experience and industry concepts.
  • Demonstrated technical/process problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to make sense of ambiguity and drive outcomes.
  • Analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using Microsoft office productivity tools – Excel, Microsoft Project, Power-BI, Kusto, SQL etc.
