  • Develop and implement policies for the verification and awarding of financial aid.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to optimize scholarship distribution and enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Establish programs aimed at preventing and managing loan defaults.
  • Provide expert advice to prospective and current students regarding financial aid options.
  • Oversee the management of federal loan processes and data transfers.
  • Coordinate the setup and updates for the financial aid module within the university's administrative system.
  • Deliver informative webinars and presentations on financial aid topics.
  • Represent the financial aid office at various recruitment events.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • A minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial aid management within a higher education context is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a university environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with admissions processes is an advantage.
