- Admitted to practice law in New York.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Banking & Finance law, with a strong focus on lending and transactional matters.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Must possess a portable book of business.
- Competitive compensation package, with a base salary ranging from $280,000 to $300,000, commensurate with experience.
- Flexible work arrangements, including a hybrid model with a balance of remote and in-office work.
- Comprehensive benefits package and reasonable billable hours target for bonus eligibility.
