Behavioral Health Program Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Program Manager to lead the Community Outreach and Help & Recovery (COHR) unit, focusing on diversion and harm reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local partners to develop best practices for prevention and harm reduction related to behavioral health issues.
  • Provide clinical supervision to COHR staff, including graduate level interns and fellows.
  • Identify funding streams for prevention and harm reduction initiatives targeting at-risk populations.

We offer a competitive salary of $99,367.27 per year, plus benefits, including medical insurance through the Group Insurance Commission (GIC), dental coverage, vision care, long-term disability, and life insurance.
