We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at CoStar Group. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in building long-lasting, service-focused customer relationships and driving revenue growth for our clients.
About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Business Development: Utilizing CoStar Group's extensive market data to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor to their strategic marketing plan.
- Business Industry Acumen: Developing subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, multifamily real estate, and trends within your specific market territory.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues across teams to drive sales revenue and provide exceptional customer service.
- Customer Focus: Delivering outstanding customer support through regular, value-add communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help our clients achieve their goals.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Two or more years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- Candidates must possess a current and valid driver's license. Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Experience prospecting and driving new business opportunities, while building relationships with key decision makers.
- Ability to analyze data, build out reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations at a high growth company.
- Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently, while being highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a variety of audiences.
