Leadership Development Program Overview

At Chick-fil-A West Towne, we're committed to empowering and developing the next generation of business leaders. Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a comprehensive, fast-paced environment that will challenge and equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a dynamic business setting.

Program Structure
  • Front of House (FOH) Team Member: Gain hands-on experience in our restaurant, learning and mastering key positions.
  • Team Leader: Assist the shift leader in day-to-day operations, developing leadership skills and learning how to run the restaurant at a high level.
  • Shift Leader: Lead day-to-day operations, continuing to learn every aspect of the restaurant, and develop shift leaders, team leaders, and team members.
  • Coordinator: Run specific areas of the business, working with directors to set results-based goals, create plans, and execute.
  • Director: Set big-picture goals, create business plans, and lead the leadership team to execute, fully owning their specific area of the business.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive results.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Collaborate with directors and operators to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
