We are looking for a Sales Strategy Coordinator to join our team at Securian Financial Group. As a key member of our Employee Benefits Solutions segment, you will work closely with sales leadership, directors, and account executives to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans to drive sales growth and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Analyze data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of sales concepts and planning strategies.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and share insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement processes and technology.

Securian Financial Group offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $115,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a company-funded pension plan, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible leave programs, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.
