About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Vice President to join our team in Minnetonka, MN. As a key member of our Affinity Solutions Division, you will be responsible for growing our Financial Institution business through strategic partnerships and effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales efforts with distribution partners in the financial institution market by establishing and executing effective growth and distribution plans.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing distribution partners by providing value-added sales strategies and supporting their business growth.
  • Identify target prospects and work with distribution partners to successfully solicit new Securian business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to articulate client and distributor needs and direct the timely completion of Securian product proposals and marketing plans.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales experience driving new sales and meeting sales goals.
  • Able to travel independently, with travel ranging from 60-75% and schedules fluctuating depending on business needs.
  • Strong initiative and leadership skills in building relationships, identifying issues, and working proactively to meet client and business needs.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in an ever-changing environment.
