Job Description

Ground Water Treatment & Technology, LLC is a leading environmental services company with headquarters located in the Northeast region of the United States. We provide a range of construction and environmental services, including dewatering systems design, installation, and operation.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our Construction Field Services division. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with the Project Manager to plan and execute projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project RFP reviews and proposal submission.
  • Prepare project status reports and draft invoices.
  • Source and manage subcontractors and vendors.
  • Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Develop and manage project schedules.
  • Ensure work adheres to contract specifications.
  • Create and execute project work plans.
  • Manage project costs in coordination with Project Accounting staff.
  • Provide support to the Project Manager and team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • 5 years of experience in construction or environmental services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER certification.
  • Familiarity with environmental and safety compliance regulations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and direct projects.
