Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Food Lion. As a key member of our front end team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide fast, easy, flexible, and friendly service to customers through the achievement of Food Lion customer service standards.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager and the Assistant Customer Service Manager in maintaining standards according to Front End Standard Practice Manual.
- Maximize sales through excellent customer service.
- A high school graduate or equivalent is preferred.
- Effective communication and customer service skills are essential.
- The ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job is necessary.
- The ability to perform the technical requirements of cashier and service center is required.
- The ability to use computers and other communication systems required to perform job functions.
- Perform repetitive hand and arm motions.
- Bend and lift products weighing up to 15 lbs continuously, 25 lbs frequently, and 50 lbs on occasion.
- Pull or push up to 75 lbs on occasion.
Estimated salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
