Position Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist

Role Overview: We are in search of a committed School Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality therapy services to students in educational environments. In this role, you will be instrumental in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders while working closely with educators and families to support student achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language challenges.
  • Design and execute personalized therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Facilitate engaging therapy sessions aimed at improving articulation, fluency, language skills, and overall communication.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' communication objectives.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of student progress and therapy interventions.
  • Actively engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as a key member of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred, but we welcome applications from new graduates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
