Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy services to elementary and secondary age students in a school district setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy sessions to students with communication disorders.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address speech and language disorders, with a focus on academic and social success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Pennsylvania state license or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
