Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly membership and personal training goals
  • Recruit, train, and manage club staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality operations
  • Maintain day-to-day operations, including customer service, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall club performance

Requirements:
  • Proven sales and management experience in the fitness industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
