Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care for facility residents under the supervision of a registered nurse or other authorized healthcare provider.
- Practice within the legal boundaries for practical nursing authorized by the state for the delivery of patient care and related services.
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of practice.
- Working knowledge of infection control principles and practices.
- Ability to pass a criminal background investigation, reference inquiry, and vaccine mandate attestation requirements.
- Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
- Competitive hourly rate of $38.00 - $46.15.
- 401K, medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees.
- Flexible scheduling options, including PRN, part-time, and full-time shifts.
- Shift differential pay for evening and night shifts.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.
