Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care for facility residents under the supervision of a registered nurse or other authorized healthcare provider.
  • Practice within the legal boundaries for practical nursing authorized by the state for the delivery of patient care and related services.
Qualifications:
  • Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Working knowledge of infection control principles and practices.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background investigation, reference inquiry, and vaccine mandate attestation requirements.
  • Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
