Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst for Strategic Initiatives to join our Media Group Decision Sciences team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing valuable insights that enable decision-making across NBCU's TV networks, FAST channels, and Peacock.

Key Responsibilities

  • FAST Channel Strategy
    • Assess portfolio performance and track the competitive landscape

    • Become a subject matter expert on the streaming landscape
    • Leverage multiple data sources to track key industry KPIs

  • Ad Hoc Partnership Evaluation
    • Contribute to ad hoc partnership evaluation using expertise in video landscape dynamics
    • Impact across distribution platforms
  • Quarterly Earnings Recaps
    • Produce quarterly earnings recaps that focus on competitor streaming services
    • Share across the company
  • Executive-Level Presentations
    • Prepare and contribute to executive-level presentations related to industry trends
    • Ad hoc analysis
  • Collaboration and Analysis
    • Collaborate on analyses that involve querying large first, second, and third-party datasets

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business acumen, with experience in strategic initiatives and competitive streaming insights. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
