Job Overview

As a key member of our Manufacturing Department, you will work closely with shift supervisors to lead and direct team members in fulfilling orders on schedule and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct team members in the setup and operation of encapsulators

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous leadership experience and mechanical background preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Shift differential of $3.00 per hour for weekend shifts

Work Schedule

The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next. You will work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a three-day weekend off.
