Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at RTX. As a key member of our Systems Directorate, you will be responsible for developing holistic security solutions that protect our nation's technology advantage. Your primary focus will be on implementing proper cybersecurity controls, interacting with customers to define SSE requirements, and maintaining a Risk Management Framework Authorization to Operate for the system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing cybersecurity controls to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Interacting with customers to define SSE requirements, solutions, trades, costs, implementation, system impacts, and effectiveness
  • Maintaining a Risk Management Framework Authorization to Operate for the system
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience. Additionally, you must have active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance and be a U.S. citizen.
