Company Overview: Omni Inclusive is a leading organization seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team. We're looking for a skilled DevOps Specialist who can implement development, testing automation tools, and infrastructure planning.

Job Description: As a DevOps Specialist, you will work on implementing various development, testing automation tools and IT infrastructure. You'll also be responsible for planning the team structure, activities, and project management. Your primary tasks include managing stakeholders, setting up tools and required infrastructure, defining development test release update and support processes for DevOps operation, reviewing, verifying, and validating software code developed in the project, troubleshooting techniques, monitoring processes, encouraging automated processes, identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures, incidence management, root cause analysis, coordination, communication within the team, selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools, striving for continuous improvement, building continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline), mentoring, and guiding team members. This role requires highly experienced professionals with strong technical skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have top skills in DevOps, .NET code, experience in implementing DevOps, shift day 9 AM to 6 PM EST, understanding customer requirements and project KPIs. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and market research.
