We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients across the lifespan with communication and swallowing disorders.

This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to split your time between acute care/inpatient settings and outpatient speech therapy services. You will conduct evaluations and treatment for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, and perform diagnostic procedures such as FEES (Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing) and MBS (Modified Barium Swallow Studies).

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist by the Virginia Department of Health Professions. One year of experience in speech language pathology in an acute care setting is preferred.

**Benefits and Compensation:**

VHC Health offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
