Key Responsibilities:
- Become an integral part of our local outreach efforts, engaging with prospective candidates, schools, and community organizations in Northern Virginia.
- Establish strong relationships with local families, promoting our job opportunities and values within the community.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies for community outreach, engagement, and awareness.
- Represent Jovie Nannies + Sitters at local events, school functions, and meetings to connect with potential candidates and families.
- Collect and report feedback from the community to improve our services and tailor them to local needs.
Requirements:
- Reside in Northern Virginia, preferably in Arlington or Alexandria.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hold an active social media presence.
- Show enthusiasm and passion for community engagement and making a positive impact.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Acknowledge the need for 2-3 hours of availability per day, especially during school hours.
- Possess a reliable means of transportation for attending local events and meetings.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
