We are seeking a skilled Hood Vent Suppression Inspector to join our team at Fire Protection Services, LLC. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of fire safety equipment, including sprinklers and kitchen hoods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent or team-based inspections of sprinklers and kitchen hoods
  • Engage with customers before and after inspections to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Prepare and share detailed inspection reports, complete with images, to facilitate effective communication and decision-making
  • Coordinate with the Scheduling team to manage unscheduled changes and ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborate with the Service team to address deficiencies and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Maintain the company truck and equipment in good condition to ensure optimal performance and safety

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background in fire sprinkler systems inspection, with a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills, a positive mindset, and a quick learning ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and excellent customer service
  • Certifications in I.C.C. and NAFED are a plus, but not required
