Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Inspector to join our team at Charles Abbott Associates, Inc. (CAA). As a Building Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting field inspections of private and public construction projects to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field inspections of construction projects to identify compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Issue notices to comply with violations and maintain records of inspection findings.
  • Assist with plan check and provide technical support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Building Inspection Technology or equivalent.

Salary Range: $24.00-$31.00
