Are you ready to join a forward-thinking organization that is redefining the landscape of technology and innovation? This role offers a significant opportunity for career advancement in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Bring a minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering applications and product development, particularly in the realm of gas-fired consumer products, including commercial water heating systems and tankless water heaters.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of industry standards such as CSA, DOE, AHRI, Energy Star, and ANSI, along with the associated processes and testing methodologies relevant to commercial water heating and related products.
  • Exhibit strong expertise in mechanical systems and the development and application of water heating products.
  • Utilize SolidWorks or comparable 3D design software effectively.
  • Engage in product development through the New Product Development process, specifically the Stage Gate Process.
  • Preference will be given to U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders.
  • Note: There is another available position within the same organization for a Senior HVAC Systems Engineer.
