Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative and effective learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning objectives and develop design plans that meet business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest learning science, design, and technology trends to inform learning solutions.
  • Develop high-quality learning content and materials in various formats, including e-learning courses, training videos, in-person programs, and print materials.
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design required; Master's preferred.
  • Professional certifications and qualifications in Instructional Design required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in instructional design and learning technologies required.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and influence skills required.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in industry-standard content authoring tools.
  • Transportation industry experience preferred.
  • Sincere hunger to learn, creative mindset, and high learning agility.
  • Experience in applying human-centered design and design thinking principles in developing impactful learning experiences.
  • High personal standard for quality of work product.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary and work the required schedule.
