Job Overview

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a full-time opportunity with regular working hours and a competitive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating logistics efforts, including tracking booking shipments with ocean carriers and updating sales contracts.
  • Preparing and processing export documentation, such as commercial invoices and bills of lading.
  • Communicating with customers and logistical partners to ensure smooth delivery of shipments.
  • Monitoring and reporting on shipment status, including any changes to delivery schedules or port conditions.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
