Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue across our newspapers, magazines, and digital products
  • Work closely with account managers to forecast sales, identify new business opportunities, and exceed sales goals
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to manage key accounts and build strong customer relationships
  • Attend community events to promote our brand and build relationships with local businesses
  • Create sales proposals, special sections, marketing pieces, calendars, and media kits to support our sales efforts
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Ad Director or similar role, with a strong background in sales, marketing, or advertising
  • Excellent leadership, team building, negotiation, and issue resolution skills
  • Strong understanding of online media, metrics, analytics, and marketing
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a history of building customer relationships and cross-selling techniques
