Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the integrity of our properties. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic company that values its employees and provides a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of maintenance staff, working closely with the Property Manager to achieve team goals.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, ensuring a high level of quality and service.
  • Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage work orders efficiently, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Coordinate the make-ready process, ensuring properties are prepared for new residents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, treating residents, staff, and vendors with professionalism and respect.
  • Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards, promoting a positive living environment.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal property performance.
  • Ensure a clean and organized shop and work areas, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • EPA HVAC certification.
  • Lease-up experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
