Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-end residential condominium with integrated food and beverage services. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the entire property, maintaining resident satisfaction, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:Property Management:
  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the residential condo, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Act as the primary liaison between residents and the Board of Directors, addressing concerns and communicating important updates.
  • Manage resident services, including concierge, maintenance, and amenities.
  • Ensure the property complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Food & Beverage Operations:
  • Oversee the on-site food and beverage services, ensuring consistent, high-quality dining experiences for residents and guests.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to plan menus, source ingredients, and ensure food safety compliance.
  • Monitor inventory, manage supplier relationships, and control food and beverage costs.
  • Ensure that all dining and beverage operations are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage the property's annual budget, including operational expenses, maintenance, and F&B costs.
  • Monitor revenue and expenses related to food and beverage operations, ensuring profitability.
  • Collect and review monthly financial reports, present them to the Board, and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure rent payments and fees are collected and accounted for in a timely manner.
Resident & Guest Relations:
  • Promote a culture of excellent service to ensure resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Address resident complaints and requests in a prompt, professional manner.
  • Organize and manage resident events and activities, including food and beverage services.
Staff Management:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise all property staff, including maintenance, front desk, concierge, and F&B personnel.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, performance reviews, and ensure continuous training and development.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high levels of service.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a General Manager role.
  • Experience managing food and beverage operations within a residential, hotel, or luxury setting.
  • Strong background in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar).
  • Understanding of food and beverage service standards, health, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and departments simultaneously.
