Key Responsibilities- Clinical Supervision and Coaching: Provide regular supervision and coaching to case management staff to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality services to our clients.
- Program Development and Implementation: Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of our clients and align with our organizational goals.
- Quality Assurance and Improvement: Conduct regular chart reviews and internal audits to ensure that our services meet regulatory and agency standards.
- Staff Management and Development: Supervise and manage a team of case management staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are able to perform their duties effectively.
- Community Engagement and Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and agencies to ensure that our clients have access to a range of services and resources.
- Education and Experience: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work or psychology, and a minimum of three years of post-Master's experience working in the field of social services.
- Supervisory and Administrative Experience: Proven experience in supervising and managing a team of staff, with a strong understanding of administrative and organizational systems.
- Clinical and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and community partners.
- Knowledge of Regulations and Standards: Strong knowledge of regulations and standards related to social services, including those related to housing, mental health, and substance use.
- Knowledge of HIV/AIDS, Mental Health, and Substance Use: Experience working with clients who have HIV/AIDS, mental health issues, or substance use disorders.
- Experience with Evidence-Based Models: Experience working with evidence-based models, such as Motivational Interviewing.
- Supervisory Experience in Social Services: Proven experience in supervising and managing a team of staff in a social services setting.
This position operates in a supportive housing site and works with a population who experiences mental illness, addiction, disability, HIV, and other chronic illnesses.
Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, climb stairs and/or kneel. They must also use hands to type, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 5 pounds.
