  • Conduct home visits to clients within designated areas
  • Provide individualized skilled nursing, interventions, and supportive care according to personalized care plans, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments
  • Perform patient assessments, educate patients and their families, and monitor patient conditions
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to patient care management using advanced technology
  • Engage in case management and coordination of care

Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program, as verified by transcripts or diplomas
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum of one year of experience as an RN
  • A valid nursing license in good standing within the state
