Harvard University seeks a visionary leader to serve as its next Vice President for Alumni Affairs and Development. This individual will be responsible for fostering a highly engaged community of alumni and friends worldwide, while leading the university's fundraising efforts in support of its mission.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex and decentralized organizations, with a strong commitment to innovation, collaboration, and emotional intelligence. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to advance the university's fundraising goals, while working closely with school deans and other stakeholders to create new opportunities for donor-centric and transformative gifts.

The ideal candidate will have experience with conceptualizing and executing large-scale fundraising campaigns, as well as cultivating and stewarding major donors. They will be a strong communicator and leader, with the ability to navigate complex systems and policies while working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
