- Leadership Experience: Three to five years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience, depending on formal degree or training.
- Catering Experience: Experience with planning and managing catering events from a culinary perspective.
- Strong Leadership Skills: A desire to work with an industry leader and lead a team of culinary professionals.
- Food and Catering Trends: Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
- Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and the internet.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with management, departmental staff, customers, and associates.
- ServSafe Certification: Certification in food safety and sanitation.
