Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure seamless restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be a results-driven leader with a passion for driving excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise, train, motivate, and lead a team of employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
  2. Ensure orders are taken promptly, accurately, and courteously.
  3. Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Take inventory of stock during shifts to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies required to prevent shortages.
  5. Count cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.
  6. Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve exceptional results.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Good written, verbal, and math skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
  9. Reliable transportation.
