Branch Sales Lead

Hiring immediately for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our mortgage team. This dynamic leader will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing a team of loan originators, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities- Oversee branch operations, including managing staff, setting performance goals, and implementing processes to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Develop and execute plans to increase branch revenue, including identifying new business opportunities and leveraging existing relationships
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including participating in ongoing training and development programs
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in mortgage origination, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the mortgage industry. The estimated salary for this position is approximately $130,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
