Restaurant Operations Manager Wanted

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Plamondon Companies Master. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
  • Perform hands-on operational duties, including inventory management, food preparation, and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate cash control and shift bookkeeping.
  • Ensure that our restaurant meets all safety and security standards.
  • Provide on-the-floor supervision to create a positive guest experience.

 

Requirements

 

  • 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and proper car insurance coverage for business-related travel.
