Job Title: Security Field Supervisor

Join Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, as a Field Supervisor. This role involves supervising security officers in the field, ensuring site coverage, and addressing any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform site visits to inspect and supervise security officers
  • Address escalation of calls and ensure sufficient coverage at customer sites
  • Work with Operations Managers to coach, counsel, discipline, train, and manage relationships with security officers
  • Responsible for maintaining all current BSIS licenses and ensuring a working knowledge of all posts within the regional area of responsibility
Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum three (3) - five (5) years of professional-level experience required
  • Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle
